The Company provides legal services in arbitration and dispute resolution, including assessing disputes and identifying appropriate resolution pathways, drafting and reviewing arbitration agreements, representing clients in arbitration proceedings, supporting negotiation, mediation and amicable settlement processes, and advising on legal and judicial matters relating to arbitral awards and their enforcement
Assessing the nature of the dispute, the relevant agreements and the parties’ legal positions, including the arbitrability of the dispute and the existence, validity and scope of any arbitration agreement, and evaluating the available options to identify the appropriate resolution path, whether through arbitration, negotiation, mediation or other applicable dispute resolution mechanisms
Drafting and reviewing arbitration agreements and clauses in contracts and transactions, and assessing existing arbitration agreements when a dispute arises, including their scope, procedural rules, the selected arbitral institution, the seat and language of arbitration, the applicable law, and other relevant elements depending on the nature of the relationship and transaction
Representing clients in arbitration proceedings and managing the legal aspects of the dispute, including preparing claims, submissions and defenses, reviewing evidence and supporting documents, participating in the selection and appointment of the arbitral tribunal, representing clients at hearings, and addressing procedural and substantive matters through to the issuance of the arbitral award, in accordance with the parties’ agreement and the applicable rules and legal framework
Providing legal support and representing clients in negotiations, mediation and amicable settlement processes, including assessing settlement options, participating in negotiations and mediation proceedings, and drafting and reviewing settlement agreements with a view to protecting the client’s legal rights and interests in light of the circumstances of the dispute
Providing legal services following the issuance of an arbitral award, including reviewing the award and its legal implications, preparing and filing an action for annulment of the arbitral award, preparing and submitting an application for enforcement and seeking an order for its enforcement, and representing clients before the competent judicial authorities
