Assessing the applicant’s circumstances and eligibility for Premium Residency, identifying the most suitable product in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and criteria, and considering alternative legal residency pathways where appropriate
Providing legal services in preparing and reviewing Premium Residency applications and the related documents and information, following up on the application process with the Premium Residency Center, and addressing relevant requirements during the review of the application
The Company provides legal services in relation to Premium Residency products, taking into account the nature, requirements, and legal and regulatory implications of each product, and providing legal support appropriate to the applicant’s circumstances

Providing legal advice on requirements relating to the continuation and renewal of Premium Residency, assessing the impact of changes that may affect its continuity, and advising on the relevant regulatory procedures and implications, including renewal, relinquishment, cancellation and expiry
